Kulit Risoles Tanpa Telur

Bahan kulit :  

  • 200 gr terigu  
  • 4 sdm tepung kanji/tepung sagu/katakuriko 
  • 0.5 ~ 1 sdt garam 1 sdm minyak   
  • 2.5 ~ 3  gelas air
Cara membuat;
 Aduk rata semua bahan sampai halus.Lalu dadar tipis. Kulit ini alhamdulillah elastis,ga sobek, saya bikin kulit dulu trus di tumpuk,baru bikin isi.. Alhamdulillah ga masalah  

Note: air di kira kira aja. Ga harus masuk semua, atau kalau masih kental ditambah pun boleh
